Once I woke up consciously at the age of 28; I seemed to develop an innate understanding that everything is energy and our vibration matters. Don’t ask me how I knew, I just felt it in my being, it was like my knowledge was reawakened.
I believe in life it is important to walk our talk and practice what we preach. Authenticity and integrity is high on my my list.
When I interviewed Estel Evhass (click here to listen) a numerology specialist I was curious does this stuff really work? In my session she told me I had a big mission in this life and that my current name could cause me some complications ie addiction problems and self worth. To say I was curious was an understatement.
I was born Kate Waters and in my 20’s the name Kitty stuck. I liked it was different I had already reinvented myself and Kitty felt like my next evolution – little did I know then but the name I had taken was the same vibration a 12/3 meaning it I had carried my issues with me. Doh!!
When I met Estel I started exploring a name change that could support my mission, my health and my abundance and last year I went for it and changed my name completely.
The biggest thing I had to get over was my own ego. Really, I was more worried about what people would say. Isn’t it funny how we carry what others think so much. But the promised upside was worth the risk.
In November 2019 I changed my name by deed poll. Then over the course of the time to come I set about changing my bank, my passport, you name it! This is not for the faint hearted believe me admin is definitely not my super power so this at times has been challenging.
So how does this stuff work.
Well everything is energy and different things vibrate at different levels, think about it if you’re sad you feel down the more heavy emotions you carry the lower you feel, make sense? This would be a lower level vibe, if you’re happy you feel good gratitude is a high level state. Well names have a vibration too. The Chaldeans were an ancient civilisation that were highly educated in astrology, astronomy and numerology. They created a form of numerology still used today.
It’s also good to note that one of the key concepts in Numerology has to do with frequency and vibration – with energy. Pythagoras reminds us that sound, tone, and frequency carry with it vibration and that vibration is imprinted with meaning and influence, whether we know it or not. I like to say it’s like gravity, phone reception, or the Cloud. We don’t have to believe it’s working in order for it to be operating.
So I decided to take a name that not only supported my birth life mission but one that supported me serving more people.
Therefore, when our name is spoken, it carries a particular frequency with it. For example, it’s interesting to think about whether Elton John would have made it as a famous musician if he’d kept his given name, Reginald Kenneth Dwight. Say “Reginald Kenneth Dwight” three times. (I’ll wait…) Now say “Elton John” three times. Can you not only hear – can you feel – the difference?
This month it is time to swap over to all the names I have that are vibrationally enhanced should we say.
