SEVEN WAYS TO GET A KICK ARSE INNER CIRCLE

‘Who you surround yourself with, is who you become’
When I first heard the phrase, “who you surround yourself with, is who you become” It hit hard! As human beings, we just want to fit in and we’re so influenced by the people around us.
For years I drank, smoke, took coke, all because that was who I hung out with, it was the norm. I thought I was an alcoholic at one stage but quickly worked out that it was my circles that were the major factor.
Five years ago, I set up a group for Transformational Leaders. Initially, I was intimated by the people I had as members but I knew deep down the impact this would have on my life. Now, I class these people as my peers and most of the best opportunities and investments that come my way come are through this network.
A kick arse network has an incredibly transformative effect.
Step One
Decide how you want your life to look and what the highest version of yourself is. This will give you the basis for your peer group.
Step Two
What are the key themes in this lifestyle of yours… wealthy, fit, spiritual. Write them down.
Step Three
Ok, where do people these people hang out? Look locally to start with, face to face is great, you will build a good connection. Have a look at the personal development community too..
Step Four
This is a harsh step! Does your current peer group reflect your desired traits? If no, you need to think about whether you want to stay where you are or whether you’re committed to transforming your life! Cull the ones who don’t work!
Step Five
Look at physical and online networks you want to join that reflect the person you want to be. The Kitty Talks community is a free community of changemakers that you can join. Everyone has a big mission and you will be supported along the way. Join today.. it’s free. www.kittytalks.com
Finally make a list of all the groups and organisations you’re going to join and do one thing after finishing this article.
Step Six
Start your own peer group. Does what you want exist? If not start a group/ This is what I did. Start small with a tight group and build. We now have members in over 15 countries.
Step Seven You are enough. We all have the self doubt thing going o  that we are not good enough. I have it all the time interviewing all these change makers brings up my stuff all the time. The little voice in my head that says we are not enough. We are all on the same mission to shift consciousness so when you look at it like that we are all on the same team drop the comparison.

Don’t forget to sing up for free to the Kitty Talks community. We can support to you daily on finding and following your purpose and have a kick arse network along the way.
